Wow. 21 GB used by MMA for "artworks"
\Samsung Galaxy S7 edge\Card\Android\data\com.ventismedia.android.mediamonkey\files\artworks
Seriously, after a week of struggling to sync my playlists from MMW to MMA, I've seen a lot of incredible problems. So many gotchas and booby traps, I have to think there's got to be a better program for handling music on Android.
Any suggestions?

Perhaps you have large Artworks? How many files have you synced?

Re: Wow. 21 GB used by MMA for "artworks"
I scanned the source folder on my PC and there are 8,172 jpg files, totalling only 151MB. And I'm not syncing all of my music to the phone, only about 1/4 of my collection.
Even if I synced the entire collection, how does 151 MB become 21GB?!
I have to assume that each time I try to sync (and I've tried and failed many times this week), MM is piling additional versions of images into that folder on the phone. I would never have even noticed if I had not run the Android DiskUsage app to find out why my card space was shrinking.
Seriously, that's something that should not have happened. How's the average person going to even know that MM is using up MASSIVE amounts of space in hidden folders like this? That's really ugly.

there are 8,172 jpg files in the library in MMW.
There are 36,000 music files in the library in MMW.
I'm not sure how many music files are on the Android. Maybe 10,000?
I did delete all of the jpg files in this folder: \Samsung Galaxy S7 edge\Card\Android\data\com.ventismedia.android.mediamonkey\files\artworks

Hi,
If you had 8172 Artworks taking 21 GB that means each one is around 2.63 MB which correspond to large images around 12 MP resolution equivalent which you can check in MMW easily in track Artwork properties.
Can you please let us the result?
