Can The Seek Bar Be Moved?

I noticed with some of the default skins that the Seek Bar sits right on the edge of the Player, and I accidentally click on the album instead of the Seek Bar. Can it be moved, or is that the skin design?

It is designed in skin, yes. E.g. Monkey Groove skin has it in the middle of the player.
