2191 - download from GPM is broken

Download from GPM fails with a protocol error ... I tried several different tracks, from various albums ... all failed.

I tried version 3.0.1 of the codec pack that was mentioned in the download notes ... did not resolve the problem.

The download from GPM fails ... but the track is created in the MM database.

I examined one of the tracks with the MM5 track properties inspector ... the usual tool tip is missing for the drive icon ... if the icon is clicked, it brings up a strange dbox with no title ... it looks a bit like Find More Of Same ??

Thanks Barry, a regression cropped into 2191 (while fixing #15023) and now download from GPM fails entirely with "Unknown protocol" error (for me too) + the subsequent issues mentioned.

Re-opened https://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view ... 133#c54230 and fixed in 2192
