can i change it?

By default, using the mouse wheel while hovering over the seek bar skips forward/backward by 10 seconds. That's usually too much for me. Is there an easy way to change it to be 5 seconds?

I'm aware of the keyboard shortcut to do so, but it doesn't work with mousewheel scrolling.
