I've now formatted the <Length> tag as you've requested. The <Bitrate> tag works fine for me, can you be a little more descriptive about what is happening (or not) for you?

About the "All" artwork mode. Can you tell me how the images in the track are tagged (embedded or linked)? How many images? Are any of them showing or do they all appear as crosses?

Also, about the 99 limit, check out the sub "Skin_FormatAlbum" in the SkinFunctions.vbs file - there's a limit of 99 in here which will be fixed in the next version too. :)

New version (2.2) is now available to download from my website. Changes include...

- Moved translations into separate files so they can be easily added
- Fixed application restart needed to change language (no longer necessary)
- Added italian translation (thanks to Andryx)
- Added brazilian portuguese translation (thanks to Gege)
- Added option to sort albums by/featuring randomly
- Added option to show library statistics when the player is stopped
- Extended "track max" and "album max" settings
- Added track details to "top tracks" external panel
- Fixed image not centering correctly in artwork panel
- Fixed "track max" setting not limiting correctly

If you wish to translate MonkeyRok into your own language then please copy the file "english.txt" and translate the text within. Don't forget to email it to me so I can include it in the next release! :)

Thanks!

a few things,
with "library statistics when the player is stopped" selected, if you play a track after the player is stopped, the statistics remain under album details

and "Top Tracks" in the external panel context menu is not translated

I've sorry, I cannot replicate your first point, this works perfectly for me. It switches between statistics and now playing as I click the Play and Stop buttons. Can you give me a click-by-click account of what is not working?

Your second point will be fixed in the next version. If you wish to fix it yourself open "Functions.js" in a text editor and find line 577. On it you will see the string "Top Tracks" which should be corrected to "Top tracks".

Well, i believe it happens when the player is stopped and you double-click on a track in an artist or album node

Trix, RedX:

Thanks very much! The random sorting works perfectly, so now I get to see different "Other Albums" each time the same band comes up.

Here's how my MonkeyRok looks now:

Thanks again for the tips & assistance!

Yes, it's happening to me too.
It happens when...
- "Show library statistics when the player is stopped" is selected in Options panel AND
- The Player is stopped AND
- I start playing a song by double-clicking it in any Library node or any Magic Node.

It Doesn't happen if...
- I start/change songs using Player buttons OR
- I double-click a song in Now Playing node.

Hi!

German translation: HIER!!!

To install just copy it into the /scripts/MonkeyRok/languages folder and restart MM.

Feel free to include it into the next release Trix!

Red

Talk about typos...
trixmoto, I've made one in brazilian portuguese:

"Similar Artists" = "Artistas Similares", not "Artista Similares".

Cheers

MonkeyRok: The First Professional Multilingual Script for MM

Post by Eyal »

Hi Trixmoto.

Apart from your small 2005' MakeTrailingThe script, we can call this:
"MonkeyRok 2.2: The First Professional Multilingual Script for MediaMonkey".

It's so good that it should be part of MediaMonkey installation.

Thank you for the great work.

@fizzjob - nice skin! If you zip it up and email it to me I'll include it in the next release.

@gege/andryx - still cannot replicate. I had a track in the player which was stopped when I opened the MR panel so the statistics displayed. I went to the album node, clicked on an album, then double clicked on the first track. The track played and MR updated to show me the track/album information.

@RedX - thanks, this will be included in the next release.

@gege - thanks, this will be corrected in the next release.

@Eyal - thanks!! :D

@trixmoto:
that's strange, i've tried reinstalling the script, reverting to the default options and even taking away the other scripts but it's the same.

Take a look after the album details there are all the statistics:

Also in the info panel after artist and title it show "mediamonkey version 2.5.5" instead of the album name.

I also wasn't able to replicate the error above. But on the trial i got another weird error.

While playing a track just press STOP button on the player then PLAY.
If i STOP using the button and then double click a track it also happens.
IF i double click any other track it works fine again.

Before mistake (my version is 2.2 on the title bar of monkeyRok)

After (with weird behavior)

Hope you can figure it out trix.
