Hi. My last.fm scrobbler randomly stopped working. I tried to uninstall, but extensions.ini is not overwriting and uninstall didn't finish properly. I can't also re-install as I get a report "was not installed". So right now plugin core seems to be gone, but plugin still appears in extensions list.

Maybe try restarting MediaMonkey and install through Tools > Extensions by using Add.

alright for no apparent reason I also lost all my hotkeys. I decided to re-install even though I really didn't want to set up options and columns all over again. Surprisingly all the stuff was still on it's place, even the same tabs were open. So I'd like to thank devs for making this tool awesome.

Ontopic: I reinstalled scrobble plugin, everything seems to be fine but still nothing.

No matter what I've tried, it won't scrobble. The last time it did so was 7/22. I did a MediaMonkey update and it will no longer work. I have checked several times and have everything turned on in the options with my password and username stored. The log shows 7/22 and that's it. Currently set to the Green color. Have tried messing around with the other colors too but am clueless on what to try next. When I press refresh or clear cache nothing will happen, it just sits there.

What version of the scrobbler plugin is installed? You should check that it's up to date.

How do I check the version of the plugin? I thought it updated automatically when I update MediaMonkey but perhaps not.

No, it is a separate addon that requires separate updating. See Tools > Extensions for version information.

For me enabling/disabling options often gets it working if it doesn't. Especially disabling all exclude options under Submission Rules and toggling Show Now Playing tracks to my Friends will get things working again. You can also check what the log says as it may give clues to why it doesn't scrobble. All under Tools > Options > Last.fm Service.
