@Myrrdin
This is not first time that we make workarounds and fix "bugs" (if this could be called a bug) from others no matter of reason, only matters that this makes MM unstable for our criteria of stability which we do not tolerate and classify this as bug in MM.

To cut things short I have made fix for this Plugin (<MediaMonkey>\Plugins\f_wave.dll) and unofficially can be found here on my fan page for your testing.
Please be careful as I only can tell you that it worked on all files I have tested.

Fix works like this: Detect Easy CD-DA Extractor Tag Info '8WDI' that corrupted WAVE file structure, strips it if possible or mark it as JUNK according to RIFF Spec :) then writes or reads (if exists after fixing corruption) correct tag data to/from WAVE.

I wish you welcome to MM community.

@Everyone else
A NOTE: No need to update if you use latest MM releases as no major improvements are done just fix for this particular case, but welcome if someone wants to use.

Hi Peke,

wow, you're really quick :-)

I've tried on a couple of different files (about 150 for today) and it works fine.

Thanks again for this great support...

Bye

Then nothing else is left except to enjoy it. Which I guess you already do.
