I was wondering, have you checked to make sure it's not related to the versions of Java, ActiveX, or Flash installed on the computer(s)?
I have checked some of those things that I've been able to (not active X - how do I do this?)
You don't need to install the test files as you are not getting the error. The access violation you get is known but I'm yet to look into it properly.. it occurs when the PP window is resized.
thanks for the feedback - hope you like the script!

okay... so for the past 6 months or so my desktop computer has had this javascript issue... I haven't wanted to fix it by reformatting because that would mean i don't have a computer to test on to use when working through this problem...
however, due to time issues and lack of understanding.. I haven't made any progress anyway.
My computer is having more issues now and I need to reformat... - so hopefully next weekend I will be reformatting and installing one a couple of programs at a time and testing PrettyPictures to see when the problem arises...
hopefully this works and gives us some insight into what's causing it and we can figure out how to fix it.
Dale.
