I reproduce this also under Vista Business, SP1.

I have emailed you the files, but for public record, the LastFM_Cache.dat is empty and LastFM_Log.txt contains the following shortly after the exception:

Thx, for logs, I've been able to reproduce it and also been able to fix it in v1.0.2.16
