I have installed the new version of MM using the download 4.1.12.1798. it has caused my Media Monkey to not open up and now I get an error message - Entry Point Not Found"-"The procedure to RemoveMouse Hook could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\ProgramFiles (x86)\MediaMonkey\MediaMonkey.exe"
What should I do? and if I have to uninstall the media monkey and reinstall will I lose my song library?

Restart the PC and reinstall.

No, you should not. However, you should "always" back up your database before any major changes just to be safe from the
chance, however slim, something goes wrong.

After so many problems in MediaMonkey_4.1.12.1798 version, and I have reinstalled the previous version MediaMonkey_4.1.11.1783
The three days upgraded to the 4.1.13.1800 version, this version takes a while to open, it takes to view the properties of a song for example, but at least the music I hear.
