Based on the huge (NOT) feedback on the beta version, I declare Lyrics Viewer 2.2 released.
If you have it installed already, just go to Tools > Extensions and update it.
Otherwise, go to the first post, download and install it.

What's new?

Version 2.2: Apr 24, 2011
- Fixed: LV is now fully compatible with MM4, while still compatible with MM3.
- Fixed: 'Show track number' setting is now ignored if Track# field is empty.
- Added translations: French (by Eyal), Italian (by my friend Giò), Spanish (by me, using Google Translate and current MM spanish translation by Pablo as a reference) and Portuguese-Portugal.
- Added: new Default and Pulse themes.
- Changed: Titlebar is now hidden by default.
- Improved: MM active language is detected on first run and used automatically if correspondent translation is available in LV.
- Improved uninstall.

Lyrics and Comment Viewer 2.2 + Mediamonkey 4.0.0.1373 still crashes on open... am i the only one?

I have tested LV 2.2 in both XP and Win7, using various install/update scenarios, with no errors.

What's the error, exactly?
What's the OS?
Are you installing LV as an admin or as a limited user?
Is it a clean LV install or a previous version is already installed?
Are you updating through Extension manager or manually downloading and installing the mmip pack?
The error occurs during install or when using LV?
Is it a full crash in MM or only LV crashes?

Please, describe EXACTLY the steps you're using to install and also how to reproduce the error.
A screenshot would also be helpful.

1. Installed clean portable MM
2. Started MM
3. Installed LV 2.2
4. Closed MM
5. Re-opened MM and then i got this error:

6. Clicked Dont Send. Then got this:

7. Clicked Dont Send. Then got this:

6. Clicked Cancel and after that MM was unusable, closed it using Task Manager

Without installing this extension, everything works fine.
Tried latest 4.0.0.1375, nothing changed.

Only different thing is installation in Portable mode. I didn't test this scenario. Will do it ASAP.

OK, I was able to reproduce the error, but not in a consistent way, when using Portable mode. Will need to investigate further.

I too have an issue with this installed in MM4 Portable. It's very similar to its2cold. I have also had the same problem with RightClickForWeb. See my post here http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... 67#p300964

I installed this new version of the script, and it seems to work fine...except...it's a tiny little box in the upper left-hand corner of my screen. I can see the lyrics, but only a little bit of them, since the box is so small. I cannot move it or enlarge it. Any suggestions? I am using MM4, and NOT the portable edition.
