Love the Vitreous skin. Was just wondering if there were any plans to make it more customizable, specifically allowing to move the player to the top.

I love the look of the skin, but it is too bright for me (because I usually listen to music during night with lights out, and my whole windows theme is dark). Thus I would like to request an official darker version of the skin

I was referring to the MediaMonkey 4 default skin

Excellent, thanks for the Dark version I really like it .

Here are some suggestions:
- The Seek and Volume bar is difficult to see because the brightness of the foreground and background color is so close. More contrast or a different color (for example a more saturated blue or red color) would make it clearer to see the progress of the bar. For example, something like:


Also I think the blueish color used for the progress bar clashes a bit with the overall look of windows. Because it's a pastel like color, that isn't really used much in the Windows GUI or Icons.

. I think the track details has too much white text on black background, it's a bit too hard on the eyes. The text in the column browser is more pleasant to read because it has grey text. How about for example if only the Artist/Album field had white text, but the rest of the track details had grey text. like this:

I am unable to install the Lyrics Viewer and MonkeyRok skins.





Are they for MM3 or MM4? I am using MM4.
Also, are you planning on making some matching Vitreous Dark skins for Lyrics Viewer and MonkeyRok?

So is there now a new version of Vitreous [13 July] - if so how do I install it - I don't do dark so have no need of the dark version. Please tell me how to update my MM3 to Vitreous v2.0.

@Sesam: Thank you, I will look into the colors in the player and toning down the font color in art+details view.

@Stigg: These are for MM3. I will probably make the dark versions for each when I update the regular Vitreous skins for MM4, but right now I'm not sure why the packages fail so I'm not sure of the correct way to do it for MM4.

@MusicBringer: Vitreous 2.0 is only for MM4, since it uses quite a few MM4 specific features. Likewise VitreousDark is MM4 only.

I see the links for VitreousDark, MonkeyRok, Lyrics Viewer and Song Information Panel, but not for Vitreous 2.0.

Hmm.. I must be blind too. I thought I knew where it was, but apparently I was wrong. Sorry. We will have to wait for nohitter to come in.
