Can you upload an offending file somewhere so I can look at it?
The Music Manager for Serious Collectors

Yes (87643). That was also the albumID before making the change.Bex wrote:Yes I understand that. But first we need to understand why a rescan doesn't work.
Do all the tracks have the same AlbumID?
No, I tried that too after trying the other way just to see if it made any difference. It didn't and I have those options checked as well as "use tags and then inferred properties". Oops...I have the only for files changed checked....let me try again.Bex wrote:So if you rescan the folder, not delete and restart, and make sure that Tools-Options->Libarary
"Update Track Info from fil bla bla" is checked
"Only for files with changed bla bla" is unchecked
Does it do any difference?
I'm rescanning with that one option unchecked but it will be a few minutes before it completes. I'll let you know what happens when it completes (it may be about 20 mins.). If the problem still exists, where should I send the files?Bex wrote:Then this looks like this is a bug in MM. Can you upload two tracks from such album somewhere, one both images and one with only one image.
Okay, I'll do that once this finishes if the problem isn't corrected. It's still only 1/3 done so it'll be a while yet.Bex wrote:The best would actually be if you sent it to MM's devs directly together with a debug-log as described here:

But I would like to try the files to see if I can reproduce the problem on my machine. Google for upload files/file hosting and you will find tons of free hosts.
In any case, thank you for all your help!Bex wrote:Ok, but I hope the checking of the checkbox solves the problem!
Nope, it didn't work. Will try to find a proper place to load the files.DasKraut wrote:In any case, thank you for all your help!Bex wrote:Ok, but I hope the checking of the checkbox solves the problem!
I sent an IM to you with the url's for the two MP3's and the debug image.Bex wrote:The best would actually be if you sent it to MM's devs directly together with a debug-log as described here:

Hiya Bex,Bex wrote:I found some files too in my collection. The problem is that MM fails to find all Album Art in that exists in the tag of the file. I'll notice the devs.
