Please update to 2.2 RC9, zerosignal. It might fix the baserating-problem. About the ratings it's verz strange, as I never heard of that before... As soon as I et back, I'll contact you.

Btw I'd always update to the newest versions of scripts before reporting bugs as most of them already might be fixed.

@Big_Berny
Next MM version should correctly handle PlayCounter on onEndTrack Event (Small regression fixed) which will be easier to detect/control for your script as currently onTrackPlay and onTrackEnd will currently return Same Value For PlayCounter and LastPlayedDate and new version will return Updated one unless track is skipped and MM do not increase PlayCounter.

Whenever I autorate the entire library the completion bar at the bottom shows it almost done, like 99 percent, and then Mediamonkey freezes (not responding). I reverted back to 2.2 Beta 7 and I didn't have this problem. Then I reinstalled RC9 and the problem persists. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Getting this error when the song changes.

Error #-2147418113 - SongsDB.SDBSongData
Error executing SQL statement "BEGIN EXCLUSIVE" : SQL logic error or missing database (1, 1)
File: "C:\Program Files\Multimedia\MediaMonkey\Scripts\Auto\AutoRateAccStarter.vbs", Line: 1545,

Anybody shed any light on this?

Crow = above guest

Yeah - just let it run through the auto calibrate and auto rate thing when you turn it on and presto! Everything seems to be working now. Previously it crashed when it was calibrating or autorating.

Coolio

It appears that in your RC8 this problem does not happen. I deleted all of my ratings and such... reinstalled it all and it works.
Thanks for the efford, though!

I got this error under vista when not running as admin? Is this a known error?

Hi.

I have a question. It's probably something utterly obvious, but I've just haven't been able to figure it out by myself.

Here's the thing. I have my music library on my desktop computer. Sometimes i listen to it on my laptop, via Wi-Fi. I use Mediamonkey on both computers and I'd like to have Autorateaccurate installed on both of them as well, so my ratings are updated based on the music I listen on any of the terminals.
Is there a way to pull this one through?

Thanks in advance.

Hi guys,
I'm back! :)

Nice to hear that you found no new bugs beside that possible admin-bug which I'll investigate as soon as possible (if there really is a bug then it's a MM-bug). So I think 2.2 is finally ready to be released as final. :) I'll clean up the code the next days and maybe improve some little things and then I'll post the 2.2 final here.

Thanks for all the interest and the testing! :D

Been using AutoRateaccurate for a while and never had a problem out of it til now. I did a system restore last night, but then today I start getting two errors. Any help?

Error 1
Image

Then I hit ok or the x and get

Error 2
Image

This happens whenever the song changes. So it is fairly annoying.

edit:
Okay, I reinstalled the script and it's working fine. :roll: I should've just done that in the first place.

@ojoblindado: You'd need to sync the database then it would work. Because AutoRateAccurate needs data like the playcounter to calculate the rating. But for that you'd need another script and I don't even know if there exist such a script. If not the best solution would be to only install the script on the man pc if you don't use your notebook very often.
