Lowlander... how do I install this plug in after I've downloaded it. I'm going to Tools/Extensions on my computer but I am getting an error "Problem copying file C:/Program Files/Mediamonkey/Plugins/d_iphone.dll to C:/Program Files/Mediamonkey/Plugins/org.d_iPhone.dll I've tried ignoring the error but my attempted sync did not load the playlists and songs to my iphone as it usually does.

Last week my Iphone SE (2020 generation) was updated with IOS 15.
I downloaded the plugin for MM4 to sync with IOS 15 but it wont work. While installing the plugin I get an error message that can not copy file:
C/Program Files (x86)\MediaMoneky\Plugins\ d_Iphone.dll
to file:
C/Program Files (x86)\MediaMoneky\Plugins\org.d_Iphone.dll

I removed MM4 and installed MM5 but also MM5 gives an errot that it can not sync with my Iphone software and that I can only view the content of my Iphone and can not write to the Iphone.

Does anyone can help me please to solve this problem.

Hi,
Most likely plugin was not allowed to access the file. Try running MM using Run as Administrator, Install plugin directly from MM tools -> Extensions -> Add and disable per user install so that plugin is installed installation itself.

Another case would be that Plugin was locked (in use), because iPhone was connected to PC.

Re MM5: you need to use latest MM version from viewtopic.php?f=30&t=86639&sd=d

Make sure that iPhone is not connected when trying to install.

If that fails you can manually rename the dll file in the MediaMonkey plugins folder and then install the Addon.

Indeed, running MM4 as Administrator and then 2 clicks on the plugin will install the plugin.

I ran as Administrator and disconnected my iPhone before installing. The update worked perfectly. I was able to sync playlist and songs to my device. Thanks team!
