Playlists on Sync Device

How do I tell MediaMonkey to automatically create playlists for artists, and albums when I sync music files to a USB device? I see options in the device sync options to "Also generate playlists" for artists albums and folders, but it doesn't seem to do anything when I sync music files to the device. Is there something I am missing here??

It does this only if you select Artists or Albums to Sync (ie. Music > Artists). It doesn't do it for files Synced by another selection (like a Playlist).
