Can't un-minimize MM4W in Win 11

I don't know if this is a problem particular to MMW4 but here's the problem I'm seeing.
I have MMW4 Gold (most recent version), Win 11 Pro (current version 24H2), dual monitors (1 display port, 1 HDMI), GPU with Intel B580, this all on a new desktop PC that I just upgraded to (from a 2014 Win 8.1 PC). I migrated my MM library and db over from the old PC.
Here's the problem I'm seeing, isolated as best as I can. If I have MM in a visible window (not full screen) and then the display times out and goes to sleep for no activity, when the display "wakes up", the MM window is "gone" as if it had been minimized. The app is still "live" and I see it in the taskbar and notification area. Note: the PC itself does not sleep or hibernate, just the monitor. I'm unable to restore MM to visibility, either by clicking the taskbar icon, by cycling through open apps with alt-tab, or by clicking Restore from the tray icon. If I hover over the taskbar icon or if I cycle with alt-tab, it shows the thumbnail of the miniplayer, but it never becomes visible. If I click to close the window, the full app appears on the screen for a fraction of a second and then the app closes. If I reopen MM, everything is fine until the next time the monitor sleeps.
I never had this problem with my prior PC on the old OS.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is there a fix in MMW4?
Thanks,
