Troubles with 2024.2.0.3155

In an attempt to clear lockups on starting MMW2024, I have 3155 (The website still shows 3113 as the current version).
3155 still locks up on startup. I still have to kill locked up threads with Task Manager at least once to get it to start. The first lockup shows only one thread in Task Manager. Subsequent lockup show four threads, of which three disappear when I spike one of them and one has to be spiked by itself.
Today, it wouldn't sync with MMA. When invoked, I get the deletion permission request and I confirmed, it crashed the four times I tried it.
I tried to close MMW and got the background processes warning. I waited over an hour and it still said background processes were running. So I spiked it.
I closed and restarted MMA and received a repairing database message. then synchronization started and it flashed screen I've never seen before which indicated it was checking the playlist tracks, one screen for each playlist with the numbers counting up.
But then it flashed names that were not playlists but listed them as such. They were sheet music files from a different Android program.
Is there a better version somewhere? I couldn't find the page where I downloaded 3155, only the accessible pages that have 3113.
