Think its 7 or 8 tracks that is 1 file, how do i split them up...it plays as 1 track

MediaMonkey can't do this, but MediaMonkey does support CUE files to identify the individual Tracks in the single file (if you have a CUE file for them.

Audacity should be able to do this.
