ampersand and 'shortcut' letter in menu

I guess this is obvious but I'll ask it anyway.

If in poEdit a menu instruction has an ampersand before a letter this means this letter becomes the shortcut, right?

So &Save means that S (or ALT-S) can also be used to save the file. As in Dutch (and other languages as well, I think) this shortcut letter may not be available can I use another one so that saving in Dutch becomes: &Opslaan (don't worry about the example it is bad, as I would probably use Op&slaan anyway).

Just to be sure.

Yes, sure, these shortcuts are intended to be localized - to use the letter that best suits the given language.
