Found a bug in my Tags that killed the monkey

After trying to get MM3 2A to load up and read the database for the last few weeks, I found out what was killing the monkey. There were about six files that had non standard characters in the art work.
The text ÿØÿà was in the text portion of the art work description field.

I have a screen capture which I will attach as soon as I figure out how to do it.

I am sure happy to have the monkey up and running again!
