Using 'convert to' wma, the VBR options seems to give me 317 kbps whatever quality levels I set. I also thought there was an option for 2 pass vbr (or is that what is called abr?). I see 2 pass cbr, which seems to make little sense!

Not getting any album art put into the converted .wma files either. With MP3 is gets there OK, with .ogg I get a tag referencing it, with .wma output I get nothing...

Hi,
I don't know why you always get the same bitrate with different quality settings. But the 2-pass CBR exists because WMA always uses a kind of ABR (or VBR) and doesn't support a true CBR. So correctly it should be called 2-pass ABR but since also in WMP it's called CBR they shouldn't change its name.
