How do i Delete Unused Genre's in MM3?

You can't (or should not) delete the 'grey' ones, as these are the genre's for id3 v1 tags.
To remove/rename other genre's, you can go to the genre node and drag/drop/rename the genre's directly (and it updates any files as necessary). Then do a file > maintain library and restart MM afterwards the un-used genres should be gone.
You can also use this
script, however it does not remove the id3 v1 genre's as noted above.

ok and where is the "genre node"
and the script only works in MM2, im using MM3

The you should post under 'beta testing' because the assumption is that 'need help' queries apply to MM2.x

the genre node is under the library section, just below location/title/artist/album nodes.

Grim is right. I was'nt able to remove any genre too.

On mine, MM3 removes them automatically.

It removes them from the Genre-Node, but they are still in the Genre-Combobox (Song Properties)!

Their presence has always seemed rather harmless to me...

For example if you have a mix of some languages (why ever).
I want my Genres all in English but sometimes there are some german Genres which I'd like to delete.
Or if a Genre is wrong written.
