3 Questions:

1. When I do a search. MM pulls up all the applicable tracks that are in "MY Library". How can I limit the search to only one folder or one drive? When I do a search, the song pops up twice. Once from my harddrive and once from my MP3 player. This is annoying as it shows both songs even when my MP3 player is not connected. Please advise if there is an easier fix than deleting the duplicates.

2. Can I manage two separate collections in MM? Perhaps a toggle feature between two different Libraries?

3. When I minimize MM is there a way to view the album art, and track info in a separte window? While a track is playing, the user could see this info, which would update as a new track plays. This would be similar to the functionality of the Real Player which allowed you to view this info in a browser type window.

1. Try By using PATH in condition of Advanced search (MM Gold Only)

2. There is Script for MM2.x

3. MM3 Has Internal Info Popup, Time shown can be set in options.

3. you can use toaster for mm 2.5 to show you the popup info.
there are instructions on how to get toaster to work in the artwork forum.

I use CD Art Display

which is integrated with MM. It shows a skinable CD case with configurable track info and updates as you want. Works really well with MM. I'm using RC5 as RC6 has a couple of problems with VirtualWin. Not tried 1.0.
