B2 : Canvas does not allow drawing and other stuff

Not sure if this has been mentioned before, but when i scroll my albums up and down in album art view and after while of scrolling i get this error. "Canvas does not allow drawing" and i have ctrl+alt+del to shut down mediamonkey to get it work again. No matter how many times i click ok in that error window it pops a new one right after i click ok. I did have some other error too in album art view but can't remember the error name.. Well in that error my whole mm3 turns into gray and the error sound can be heard constantly and millions of error pop ups show.
And the other thing : It lags like there is no tomorrow when i'm in album art view. I got over 3000 albums tho so that might be the case, but i have a new comp which is pretty good. I mean i can't use the album art view at all. I have to use basic text only library. It kinda ruins the whole joy of album art view to me
And another thing : Is it me or does anyone else's mm3 open really slowly compared to mm2? It's kinda odd, sometimes it opens up really fast but maybe like 90% of starts it opens up really slowly.
Yet another thing : About glided player. This might be small inconvenience but when you don't have mm3 open for example you are surfing in net. Next song starts and the little image pops up in tray that shows song and image of album art and stuff. Now if you want to increase or lower volume you have to wait that image goes off because the volume bar is exactly where the image pops. Sometimes the image goes really fast off so it doesn't do any harm but sometimes it like slowly fades away, dunno if this is a bug or something.
And lastly : I can't seem to find (if there is even) option that saves my changes when i move dockable windows in mediamonkey and try to customize even little. Every time i shut down mm3 and open it again the windows are back in their original place.
Sorry if these have been mentioned before.

has been reported millions of times almost for each popup alert.
but not that i remember seeing for mm 3 until now

set your swap file on the computer and maybe get more ram. or get a ram cleaner
3.>>>And another thing : Is it me or does anyone else's mm3 open really slowly compared to mm2? It's kinda odd, sometimes it opens up really fast but maybe like 90% of starts it opens up really slowly.
depends on the number of songs in the now playing list when you close on how fast it opens.

no morton did not use the pop up and forgot about it when he did the skin. i'm sure he's found it and is planing a redo of it.

Thanks for the reply.
1.>>>has been reported millions of times almost for each popup alert.

This pretty much destroy's the whole album art option to me. I can't use that option unless/untill that bug is fixed
2.>>> set your swap file on the computer and maybe get more ram. or get a ram cleaner
Well It's more faster now, but still not quite the smoothness i would have wanted. I got 2 gigs of gddr3 but i guess even that's not enough then

3.>>> depends on the number of songs in the now playing list when you close on how fast it opens.
Well, I got same amount of songs as in mm2 but is mm3 THAT more heavier? But i think this might be a bug.. When i first time open mm3 it really doesn't even open at all. I need to ctrl+alt+del it and then open it again and then it opens smoothly. After i've done the ctrl+alt+del thingy i can open it quickly. Kinda odd.
4.>>>no morton did not use the pop up and forgot about it when he did the skin. i'm sure he's found it and is planing a redo of it.
About that. The bitrate is also kinda messed up atm. It doesn't work in Glided. Well sometimes it will sometimes it don't. This have been said before i think. It sometimes change the details of the file that it will show in mm3 that it has 0 bitrate.
Lastly couple of suggestions : I'm not sure am i noob or something but is it possible in album art view to get that option that when you type in so it would seach Artist and not the Album? If that's not possible it would be awesome to have one. Sometimes you can't remember the album and you have to scroll down to that band's first letter.
Also in Album art with details view when albums go like this :
Red Hot Chili Peppers :
Blood Sugar Sex Magic
By The Way
Californication
etc.
So i was thinking that it would be awesome if i could set that the bands would in sideways like this :
Iron Maiden : Best of the beast - Brave new world - Dance of Death etc.
I think its much more clear to find what you are actually looking for and saves you up from uber scrolling down. That what I suggested first.. dunno if it possible.. you could just type the band and then all the albums are in there in nice line. Tho that's just my opinion and i can't even use album art view atm

1) Is noted, and will have high priority before release. Something like that shouldn't happen and I've just reproduced it.
2) MM3 will be faster than it is now, but never as fast as MM2. Why? One is because it has more features - but the most important thing is that Album Viewing takes much ram to cache.
5) Saving changes in the UI will not be possible in this 3.0-release, but it should remember how you left the elements when it closed.

Thx--working on a fix.

Are you referring to the fact that Album Art can take a bit of time to appear?
mm3 open really slowly compared to mm2?
Since this occurs sporadically, I assume this is related to the size of the Now Playing list that is loaded at startup. This issue is being fixed for Beta 3.
if you want to increase or lower volume you have to wait [until that popup] goes off because the volume bar is exactly where the image pops.
You can change the location of the popup. I don't think this is really a bug.
Every time i shut down mm3 and open it again the windows are back in their original place.
MM should _automatically_ save the position of changes to windows, toolbars, etc. It might be a rights issue. Can you log in as admin and see if this still occurs?
option that when you type in so it would seach Artist and not the Album?
Try <ctrl> <F>
you could just type the band and then all the albums are in there in nice line
Good idea. We'll see after we're done with the bugs

Nah it loads fine after i ctrl+alt+delete the first start up. Then it starts fast. It's not that big problem but still quite annoying.

Naah the pics show up instantly when i scroll up and down. Scrolling is the one that is lagging. It does not scroll smoothly. It's kinda hard to find anything. I do have a brand new computer so it shouldn't be about the performance of my comp or if it is, its kinda odd. Dunno if its possible to have such thing that when you click album art view it would load all the images and not like now that you are scrolling the new images load. Sure it would take some time to start but atleast then the scrolling would be smooth. I do have no idea how the loading of images work at the moment tho so don't flame

I don't think its an admin issue. I tried. I think it might be something to do with my comp because i have noticed the similiar behaviour in other programs so don't stress your mind with it.
Try <ctrl> <F>
Sorry. I think i expressed it wrong. I mean the same typing thing that you got in text version of library. That you type the band it will jumps into that band or you press some letter and it jumps into that letter.

it may be a simple thing but did you set the mouse settings for smooth scrolling?
check them in the contol panel.
