[RC-2] Static playlists imported from mm2 don't work [F3991]

Static playlists imported from MM 2, do not appear to function. They don't appear to display any tracks.
Auto-playlists seem to work fine.
Here is a debug log snippet (switch from now playing to static playlist that definately had tracks during the import).
Note, this was a brand new import from my current mm2 library database via the commandline dbupgrade.exe old.mdb newmm3.db
