Album Art in .1105 [4017]

I'm using version 3.0.0.1105 and I'm wondering how album pictures should be named and handled to be recognized correctly.
I have folder.jpg pics in each album subfolder. But not all pictures are displayed while scrolling through album view. And I cannot figure out which rule is applied...

folder.jpg is fine.
When you scan the folders, MM should automatically associate the Album Art with the files in the folder, provided that the folder contains only tracks from a single album.

When I'm using <Albumname> - Front.jpg but MM doesn't automaticly recognize the Album Art.
MM 2.5 did recognize this.

Tested 1105 and all seem to work fine.
i.e.
1. All images presented in album folder are linked as covers !
2. if 'front' was in the filename then it is linked as a front cover!
Are there any steps to reproduce?
Did you check over options -> Library -> Scan track directories for Album Art ?

hmm.... upon further examination it looks like it's a refresh problem. E.g. upon scanning a directory, the art is not updated for the selected track.
Switching to a different track will cause the album art to update.
