Folder renaming & refreshing the library

hi,

normally, if i rename a node in the archive, the archive should recognize the old files(and sub-nodes) in this node when refreshing/re-reading the library. so it was at least in mm2.

now when i rename a node (e.g. from M:\a\ to M:\a2) and then re-read it, mm creates a new sub-node (only in the archive) and places all the subnodes (e.g. formerly M:\a\b\) in such a node: M:\a2\\b

then i get the message: the following songs where not found at the expected position M:\a2\\b

this makes me crazy cause when i let mm do that all the nodes are either duplicated in this subnode or, when i click delete the songs, the node is ok again but then all the links in my playlists (i have a lot of playlists) are gone.

plz help me, i know its a complicated problem i hope somebody knows an anwser

thanks

also,
i have another more simple problem:
how can i mark several nodes and pull/place them in another node? i mean just like it is in the explorer with folders(you mark them with strg or shift).

basically, the answer to my second question would mostly be the solution for my first problem.

if anybody wants to see if he has the same problem:

just a put in song from any archive directory (e.g. M:\a\x.mp3) in a playlist. then rename the node to e.g. M:\a2\

then lookup the playlist you put the song in. now the path of the song will not have changed from M:\a\x.mp3 to M:\a2\x.mp3 (like it did in mm2) but to M:\a2\\x.mp3

so i guess it's the fault of my mm and not mine.

Yes, I can confirm this bug. An extra \ is added to the end of the folder renamed. It looks OK in explorer though and the files still plays in MM.
