MM sync to Touch

Appears to work fine but only a a few of sync'd tracks actually play. All appear in touch menu inc covers but only 10% approx will play. When sync you can see some copy over relatively slowly - these play - others flash by and these don't play. I can't see any common features between those that play and those that don't. All tracks play fine in MM and will sync fine with Itunes and play in the touch. All tracks are mp3 format
Doesn't matter if I drag them over or use properties to autosync.
Using Touch with latest firmware.
Great addition to MM as itunes the pits but not there yet for me.

Warwick,
I don't have this problem, granted I have only copied two albums so far, but all tracks play.
I did uninstall iTunes and a previous version of Media Monkey before clearing my iPod Touch (FW 1.1.3) and then copying the two albums across.

I was able to reproduce this problem with iPhone, but it shouldn't happen in iPod Touch (unless you somehow tweaked it?). Anyway, check out the next release when it's out.

Flash utilization, advancing song to middle, album art, etc

iPod touch 1.1.1 FW, WinXPSP2
I'm seeing 4 issues right now
1. Excessive Flash utilization:
I have about 2300 songs sync'd. Using a rule of thumb approach, I should have approximately 4M/song, i.e. 8-10G utilized. However, I have only 550MB free space left. I checked the playlists for duplicates (known problem with earlier versions of MM) but didn't see duplicates.
2. Playlist: One of the playlists has 1700+ songs in it, but only shows 117MB utilized when you click on it in MM
3. Advancing song to middle:
If you single tap on the song during playback, it pulls up the "repeat and advance" slider. The numbers are frozen at zero and I can't drag to advance to the middle of the song.
4. Album art:
Shows up properly for me. However, if you double click on a song from within MM, it blows away the album art within the ipod touch.
Please let me know if you need any more information.
Thanks.
One more problem

If I connect the ipod to iTunes, it seems that all the MM-sync'd space shows up as "Other" and not as Audio.

1. Hard to say, I don't see any such problem. I'd recommend to use
http://code.google.com/p/iphonelist/ to browse your device and check out what's the reason - let me know then.
2. Please add more details - have you reviewed individual filesizes?
3. Again, no problem here. Does it happen with all tracks? Possibly just specific filetype?
4. This is ocassionally reported by some users, but I haven't been able to reproduce yet. Does it always happen or do you have any more details?
5. Mine is properly reported as Audio, does it happen with all tracks you sync?

1140 seems to have fixed the copying issue. Copied tracklist over fine with all album art and all tracks playng fine.
Been an interesting experience having to use itunes. What a poor music manager itunes is!

Jiri, thanks. I've moved since to 1.1.2 and will try the latest build. I'll let you know whether the issues are fixed or not.
Thanks
