Checking "[ ] Show 'All' node for contents of folders at" fails to enable the associated Top/Bottom drop-down list.

Workaround: Click OK, Tools | Options... .

EDIT Fixed in 1304.

You're welcome. PS Likewise but much less problematically, unchecking fails to disable.
