1170 tracklist Send to... playlist sends wrong tracks when..

... there is an undocked Now Playing window.
e.g.
1 Ensure there's a floating Now Playing window.
2 Right-click a tracklist track different from that selected in Now Playing
3 Click Send to... .m3u playlist
4 View the .m3u in a text editor and see it contains the Now Playing track(s) (if any) and not the tracklist track.
This does not happen with docked or no Now Playing window.
This happens likewise on Send to... New Playlist, except if the Now Playing window is empty, no playlist is created.
