1304 Clicking Now Playing window title can mis-size...[6895]

If the player (correctly sized) is docked at bottom left and Now Playing docked at bottom right, clicking Now Playing's (vertical) title bar increases the pair's height by about 40%, leaving a blank area below the player, wasting space.
Dragging the divider, or hiding/showing or undocking and redocking either/both windows does not restore the correct size.
This is with Windows theme overriding skin.
Workaround: undock the Now Playing window, exit and relaunch MM, redock the Now Playing window.
