"override skin with windows theme" glitch

Hi!
I couldn't find a thread specific to the "override skin with windows theme" of MM3, so I'll just ask here...
In "Album Art with details view", when selecting, the text stays black instead of becoming white. But it works with "Album Art" view:

Is there anything I can do to avoid this?
Thank you in advance for your answer...
And sorry if this has been asked already...

Thank you for your fast answers, I really appreciate it!
I am new to all this, and I would be really interested in contributing to skinning. So I was thinking to understand first what I have here, and then slowly move to the more complex skinning things.

This theme is "nobody's" theme, as I have this result enabling the "override skin theme with windows default", which shows like this whatever skin I have "underneath".

I would need more help to understand how to access and modify these virtual tree parameters...

-no, it's summer holidays soon... don't want to put pressure on anybody now!

I will as soon as possible read the MM guide to get familiar with all this. By the way - I would like to start with icon design, but seems like the original MM3 icons are not available yet, any idea how to get them/extract them/ and replace them?

no idea on the icons.

holidays? you don't need to worry about that most the skinners here are students either in high school, or college.

and get most their work done in the summer time.

go to the monkey's wiki site and read all the stuff on skinning there, you will see it is really easy,

http://www.mediamonkey.com/wiki/index.php/Main_Page

and the error you show i don't think is part of the skinning since you over ride the skins theme with windows.
