When removing all icons from a default toolbar the toolbar dissappears from the main window as well as the toolbar configuration window. This despite that a script has located an icon on the toolbar (MonkeyRok 4.0 on the Standard toolbar).

Issue:
Toolbars should remain if scripts have icons on them

Wish:
Default toolbars should remain available in the Toolbar configuration as well as an option to reset toolbar to default icons.

I concur this wish, I ran into a problem when I removed all the icons accidently. A reset button would be perfect.
