1252 Floating Now playing toolbars fail to redock [#5768]

1 On floating Now Playing, drag the menu bar or play controls bar to float
2 Drag the bar back to its docked position
Expected: bar docked
Observed: not - the window refuses to receive the bar
Workaround: first dock the Now Playing window itself.
