1256 Horizontal drag causes vertical scroll [#6008]

1 In docked Now Playing, mouse to here
and click and hold
2 Drag a few pixels rightward
Expected: pane does not scroll up
Observed: pane scrolls up by three tracks, causing them to be selected:
