1284 Menus do not have Keyboard Focus for enter key [#6138]

If I am editing tracks, when I go to run some scripts, the enter key does not select the highlighted option. Instead it queues the tracks I am editing into the player.
Steps.
1) Highlight tracks
2) Use Alt-T to select tool menus
3) Use arrow keys to highlight scripts, then a script (I use the autonumber and case check scripts)
4) hit enter.
Instead of selecting that item, the highlighted tracks start playing.
