Formatted my PC but can't re-register my MM. I have the license key but I'm not certain of my username. Each time I try one I get: "It says: The code you entered is invalid. Please try again." I'm about 99% certain the license key is correct. How can I retrieve that information? I purchased my copy of MediaMonkey several years ago.

When you log in you should be able to see both your username and license key. Make sure you enter them exactly as they appear there. It's best to use copy/paste to make sure you don't make any typos.

When I long in where? And how if it's not recognizing the usernames I may have used? FWIW, I purchased my license a few years ago.

try adding "-1" to the end of your username.

For some reason mine had that thou i never do that to a username i've used so their system did that for some bizarre reason. your username is your email registered with the purchase.
