Synchronize Creative Zen

Since the last version, I can't synchronize my Creative Zen player, neither on my xp nor my Win7 system.
Everything works fine with MM, it recognizes my player but when I want to send some mp3's to it, it makes for synchronizing 'a list' and than it stops, nothing happened on my Zen player.
Wat goes wrong?
