It would be nice to have transition effects for the headers and the upcoming tabs in MM4.

It would makes these tasks more understandable for the user and bring some eye-candy.

Well my wish is to have these type of effects also on the headers (album, artist, track number, ...)
I saw no plan to redesign the headers on the MM4 UI wiki. See: http://www.jirihajek.net/MMwiki/index.php/MM_4.0_UI

And concerning tabs: The mock-up in the wiki doesn't mention animations in tabs either.
I would be pleasantly surprised if animations are planned for MM4.
But I doubt they are.

Haven't seen MM4 development before. I love the effort that is going into this. Although this seems to only be a prototyping stage at the moment, looks promising. Are this the current stage of development?

They're close to a public alpha release.
