Transfer from computer to computer

Hey folks,

My contract is up at work and I'll be (hopefully) leaving for another job soon. What's the best way to pack up everything MediaMonkey on my computer, put it on an external disk of some kind, and transfer it to a new computer? I need to transfer the following:

- Music files and folders
- Synchronization settings for my SansaClip
- Library information, including play counts
- Playlists
- Podcast subscriptions

Thanks!

I'm no expert but I have moved my monkey around between work and home.

Just dump your music library folders to an external HDD, and the MM.DB file which contains your database. That's really all you need. You can install MM and tell it to point to your old MM.DB file. You can even leave the MM.DB file on the external HDD along with a copy of MM and your entire MM experience is entirely self contained. (tho i'd definitely have a backup copy if the ExHDD is your only copy)

Start here.

But if you're in a hurry the very least that you need is the music files and the MM.DB file.
