1343: Ampersand character in artist/album names [#6869]

In Album Art or Album Art with Details views, ampersands in artist or album names appear twice in the Artist/Album column. For example the album "X&Y" appears as "X&&Y" and the artist "Jools Holland & His Rhythm & Blues Orchestra" appears as "Jools Holland && His Rhythm && Blues Orchestra".
This view seems to be the only place to exhibit this behaviour. The normal Artist/Album columns seem fine. I can't find any other characters that behave like this!
