1343: device window bugs on resize [#7132]

I'm talking about the window which appears when you click on a connected portable media player.
There are a few bugs on resizing, MM some of them seen in the screenshots below :

It is also observed in the options window on almost all skins (non-skinned - all OK)

Btw: I can see on your screenshot that the illustration is wrong.
