This is for build 1348. In the Player options I set the default double-click action for when tracks are playing to "Play Now" but when I attempt to execute it there is no response, the track that is currently playing continues to play. If I right-click on the track and click on Play Now it starts playing. I should point out that the behaviour is inconsistent. It seems to work sometimes but most of the time it doesn't.

Also experiencing this, only in the Art with Details display mode. I cannot double-click to play, and I cannot right-click and select Play Now to play either, however I can select the song and press Alt+Enter to get the song to play. This breaks any random mode for some reason and only adds that song to the playlist, effectively making the player useless as it will only ever play one song then stopping

The bug was present in build 1348 and 1346 but not in 1345

It is working for me here, both double click and right click Play Now.

So why didnt you lock this thread like you did with mine? Really think its unfair that you did that cause in this thread the users are complaining that its with music files... in my thread i complain that its with video files, which is reproducable all the time

In mantis petr says he can't reproduce... maybe if he tried with video files.... then developers could reproduce...

fyi, the issue really is identical for both Audio and Video tracks. See bug #7285.
