1351: Trouble scrolling in Media Tree [#7022]

When using Drag & Scroll on the scrollbar I can't scroll the whole way down in the Media Tree. I can still go down when using Scroll Wheel, Arrow button or clicking in the scrollbar (space under the selector) to go down.
Tested on skinned 1351 on XP. Can anyone reproduce?

Still see this on 1352:
This is the lowest it will go when dragging the scroll bar button down. Using the scroll bar arrow I can go all the way down. Potential cause is the Removal Device entry.

I have the same problem on the middle area (MM4 1355 on W7/x64), with the music files in it. If I drag the scrollbar down, it will not drag down to the end of the list but a little bit above. This is tested on a library with 9422 files, in the views "details" and "art with details". Strangely enough it does drag down to the bottom in the "Show art" view.
Cause could be related to the fact that it doesn't seem to scroll fluently with dragging but at about 12 fixed positions.

I'm still experiencing this in 1367 when the Artist & Album Artist, Artist node is expanded, but not when the Album or Genre or Album Artist node is expanded. So it seems node specific, it happens both in the Entire Library and Music Collection and it seems Artist might be causing problems.

Expanding a node with alot of contents for example "artist & album artist" and you wanna scroll down to go to my computer node then you cant because there is no "scroll" left

I can't reproduce it now either
but i could before as you can see with the
screenshot i'll do some more testing to figure out the steps
