Hi,

does anybody here have access to the new iPad 2? I'd need its USB ID in order to add a support for it to MM and haven't been able to test the device or found info about its ID anywhere. It would help to e.g. e-mail me a debug log with the device connected.

I have an ipad 2. Please tell me more specifically what you want me to send you.

Probably the easiest way it to open 'regedit' (e.g. from Start menu), go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\USB key and look for values starting with VID_05AC (which means Apple). What I need is the whole key name, which will be something like VID_05AC&PID_129B or so.

I think the value you want is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\USB\VID_05AC&PID_129F because HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\USB\VID_05AC&PID_129F&MI_00\0 has a string value with name FriendlyName and value Apple iPad and I dont have an iPad 1.
