MM4b1388 doesn't recognize Ipod Touch

I have two Ipod Touches. When I plug either of them in I get the usual windows dialog and it appears in Windows Explorer but MM fails to "see" either of them.

Hi. MM4b1388 does also not recognize ipad (V1, firmware 4.3.3) while it shows normally in Windows and iTunes.
