iPad 2 Sync issues [#8348]

Hi,
When syncing music to the iPad from a dedicated playlist (~3300 tracks) MM gets to the 2000 mark without any issues. It then starts to take up large amounts of memory and then i get ''thread creation error - not enough storage to process this request' which pops up infinitely until I close MM with task manager. the iPad is 64gb so storage isn't an issue, and whilst MM is using a lot of memory, windows reports it to be around 80% so it isn't maxxing out my system.
anybody got any solutions to this problem? would hate to go back to itunes!
Thanks

I'm running 1416 and I get this problem syncing my iPad 1 - I have had this problem for as long as I can remember with MM3/4, and I just have to do syncs in smaller chunks. The problem tends to happen more doing an initial sync, or resync after upgrading the ipad firmware i.e. doing a few thousand tracks

I can't reproduce when syncing my iPhone 4. Please provide a debug log.

Are you doing a full sync on your phone, rather than a small one?
Where are the debug logs located?

Yes, a full sync of thousands of tracks has not been a problem.
Debug logs need to be generated, please read the "Reporting bugs..." thread.

I was able to reproduce this with a friend's iPad:
