MediaMonkey for sale in a box?

Is this one of the Media Monkey staff selling this, or a fake?

If I remember it correctly It is OEM box design.
But Rusty should be able to better explain it to you.

The box that is shown is real--MediaMonkey is available in certain countries at retail.
The illustrated box is from Germany, I believe, and is sold by 'Avanquest'.

I never knew that MM came in a box.
Do you get anything extra in there? Maybe some MM coasters to put my beer on.

Interesting, I would have guessed it was fake since a lot of software is advertised with a box graphic just for the 'aesthetics'. Nice design though

Buying software in-a-box is like buying a music CD instead of a digital download.
Since I already have the software, could I buy its (empty) box only?

Yes, but today we have conscious paper industries that manage planting.
I still prefer a CD over digital download and
I still prefer a book over an electonic book.
