Hello,

I just upgraded to the beta of MediaMonkey 4.0.7.1504 to be able to sync with my iPod touch 4th gen after upgrading it to iOS 6. I just finished a test sync of a small subset of my music and noticed a big issue. After the sync was done, there was no music listed on the device even though space was taken up by the music. I had to restore my iPod to reclaim that space.

Try:
1) Remove all files from device using MediaMonkey
2) Sync 1 file using iTunes
3) Sync as normal with MediaMonkey

If the issue still occurs capture the sync in a debug log (step 4b) and send it to support: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... ?f=6&t=341

It seems syncing with iTunes resolved the issue.
